Is there any cost?
No, this program is completely free for HVAC companies. Participating in our recycling initiative comes at no charge — it’s part of our commitment to supporting a greener industry.
What other benefits does the company have?
You become a recognized member of an environmentally responsible network. We also provide digital badges and certificates you can use in your marketing or sustainability reporting.
Do we need to sign a contract for this?
Yes, we’ll sign a cooperation agreement. This isn’t a long-term lock-in, but a mutual understanding of responsibilities and recycling goals.
What other items can I put in the container?
Check our full list of accepted materials. Commonly included are:
- HVAC units (full and partial)
- Compressors
- Coils
- Copper and aluminum parts
- Thermostats

Please don’t dispose of general waste or hazardous materials.

How often can you come to collect the units?
Whenever you need. Just call us, and we’ll schedule a pickup within 2 business days.
What hours can I call you?
Our team is available:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST).
Do you have the licenses to operate with my company?
Yes! We are fully licensed, insured, and comply with all local and federal recycling regulations.
What happens if the container gets damaged?
Although rare, if damage occurs, we handle the repairs. We do ask that your team uses the container responsibly to avoid unnecessary issues.
What are the container’s dimensions?
The standard container is:
40 ft (L) x 8 ft (W) x 6 ft (H)
Smaller options may be available on request.
Can you remove the units even if I’m not present?
Yes! Our containers are secure and accessible by key, which we both have. No need to be onsite — just fill it up, and we’ll handle the rest.
What does Cloud Recycling do with the units it collects?
We dismantle and process the units at our certified recycling centers. Valuable materials are reclaimed, and waste is minimized responsibly.
What if I don’t have space for the container?
We’ll explore alternatives like smaller containers or scheduled pickups. Our goal is to help you recycle — not complicate your space.
